How will Internet access work?
By submitting the enrollment form, shareholders agree to receive the Steelcase Annual Report and Proxy Statement via the Internet. You will receive an e-mail (approximately 4-6 weeks prior to Steelcase`s Annual Meeting) that will provide the links to the Annual Report and Proxy Statement. To view these materials, you must have access to the Internet (normal access charges from your Internet service provider remain the same).

If I enroll to receive the Annual Report and Proxy Statement online, how can I vote my shares?
You will receive an e-mail notice informing you that the Annual Report and Proxy Statement are available on the Steelcase web site with instructions on how to vote your shares.

How will I know my vote was received?
If you vote online, you will have the option of receiving an e-mail confirmation of your vote.

What if I vote online and then wish to change my vote?
As with all voting, the latest vote instruction is the one that is counted.

What if I forget my PIN when preparing to vote online?
To request an e-mail confirmation of your forgotten PIN, go to Enrollment and follow the instructions.

Can I change my mind and receive paper copies?
You can cancel your enrollment to receive the electronic Annual Report and Proxy Statement at any time. Click on the Enrollment link and follow the instructions for canceling your enrollment. You may request paper copies of the Steelcase Annual Report and Proxy Statement by calling Investor Relations at (616) 247-2200 or by completing the Information Request Form here.

Can I print or download a copy of the Annual Report or Proxy Statement?
You can read the materials online and/or print a copy of the documents. To print the documents locally, it is necessary to have Adobe Acrobat™ Reader software.
